As part of Matriarchs Uprising Festival's free, online programming for 2021, six Indigenous artists from across Turtle Island share their creations in our inaugural Harvest Moon Showcase. The seeds for these filmed works were planted as part of our "bring your own project" call for artists in the Spring. Over the summer months, artists gathered to share ideas and develop their work on their own with mentors and collaborators. These final filmed excerpts are offered to you, the witness, as an invitation to celebrate the rich harvest of creative impulses and passionate performances produced in collaboration with O.Dela Arts. It has been such an incredible pleasure to witness these projects come to life!
